Faculty and staff can run the Office Scrub tool, which "cleans" all previously installed Office products, before trying to install Office 365 again.

If the installation fails, it may be due to a corrupt instance of legacy Microsoft Office 365, Office 2016, or an older version.

Office 365 includes many familiar applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, and it connects with Office 365 services like OneDrive.  Office 365 also delivers software and feature updates on a rolling basis, eliminating the need for version upgrades.
