Advisors can view grades in the Student Administration System.

To view grades as an advisor, 

  1. Click the NavBar icon in the top right-hand corner.

  2. Click the Navigator button from the menu.

  3. Click the Self Service tab.

  4. Click the Advisor Center tab.

  5. Click the My Advisees tab. The My Advisees page will display.

  6. Click the Academics tab.

  7. Click the Change Advisee dropdown to select a different individual and then click Change, when desired.

  8. Scroll down to view the student's Cumulative GPA under Statistics.
