Instructors can view their weekly class schedule in the Student Administration System.

To view your weekly class schedule, 

  1. Click the NavBar icon in the top right-hand corner. 


  2. Click the Navigator button from the menu. 


  3. Click the Self Service tab.

  4. Click the Faculty Center tab. 


  5. Click the Grade Roster tab.  


  6. Click the My Schedule tab to display the My Schedule view.


  7. From the My Schedule view, click the View Weekly Teaching Schedule button at the bottom of the view.    
  8. Click the previous week or next week buttons to change the view.  Choose different Display Options and/or Refresh Calendar from the bottom of the view. 

  9. When finished, select the Return to Faculty Center link at the bottom of the page.
