Students can submit their Final Plan of Study through the Student Administration System.

A Final Plan of Study is required for all students who intend to graduate, except for Nursing and Pharmacy students. The Final Plan of Study is due on or before the fourth week of your final semester.  The process described here generates a report which is routed directly to your advisor.

Before you submit your Final Plan of Study, you must apply for graduation in the Student Administration System.

Methods for Submitting Final Plans of Study

You have two options for submitting your Final Plan of Study. You can either do so within the Academic Progress & Advising section, or you can do so within the Graduation section. 

Via the Academic Progress & Advising Section

To submit your Final Plan of Study from the Academic Progress & Advising tile,

  1. Log in to your Student Administration System account. 
  2. Click the Academic Progress & Advising tile on the homepage.
  3. Click the Academic Requirements tab.  
  4. My Academic Requirements will display within the browser. 
  5. Click the Submit Final Plan of Study button.
  6. Click the OK button. 
  7. Entering Comments & Add Attachments are optional. 
  8. Confirm your request by clicking the OK button.
    • If you do not wish to continue, you can click the Cancel button to cancel your request. The request will then be routed to the assigned advisor's workflow list and the dean for review/approval.

Via the Graduation 

To submit your Final Plan of Study from the Graduation tile,

  1. Log in to your Student Administration System account. 
  2. Click the Graduation tile on the homepage.

  3. Click the Academic Requirements tab. My Academic Requirements will display within the browser.

  4. Click the Submit Final Plan of Study button.
  5. Click the OK button. 

    Entering Comments & Add Attachments is optional. 
  6. Click the OK button to confirm your request.
    • If you do not wish to continue, you can click the Cancel button to cancel your request. The request will then be routed to the workflow list of the assigned advisor and dean for review/approval.
