Students can recover their Compass username if they forget it. 

To recover your Compass username, 

  1. Navigate to the Compass login page. 
  2. Scroll down to the the section at the bottom of the page, titled Welcome to Compass! 
  3. Click the Forgot my username/password button. 
  4. In the Forgot Username/Password box, select Forgot My Username. 
  5. Enter your date of birth, email address, first name, and last name.
  6. Click the Submit button. You will receive a Username Sent notification. 
  7. Click OK. 
  8. Access the email account you provided when you created your Compass account. You will have been sent a UConn Compass Username message containing your account username. 
  9. Navigate back to the Compass login page.
  10. Use your recovered username to log into the Compass Online Application System.
