Students can receive the following error message when attempting to access the link "Pay Bill, Authorize Users, Manage Payment Plan" in the Student Administration System (SA).


The most common cause of the error is an old, or out of sync, NetID password.

  1. Change your NetID password from the website following the instructions on changing your NetID password.
  2. Closeout of any active Student Admin or Bill pay tabs you have open.
  3. Navigate to, login with your NetID and new NetID password, and navigate back to the Bill Pay Suite.

If you still receive an error after changing your password, clear your cache and cookies, quit the browser, and try again.
