To do so, Create a menu.Go to the page to which you intend to add the menu.Under the In-Page Menus module on the right, select a menu. Select a style. Tabs will appear on top of the pageList will appear in a box on the rightOn the edit screen for any given page you will see a module on the right entitled In-Page Menus. In-page menus do not support nested menu items; they are only one level deep.Another option is a menu displayed on the side of the page by adding a sidebar and configuring the sidebar to display the specific menu.
